River Farms Development
GC Engineering, Inc. provided professional planning and engineering services for the Master Drainage Plan (MDP) for the development of single family residential units for an approximately 214-acre tract known as River Farms. GCE staff developed the preliminary general land plan for the entire tract pursuant to the County requirements. The plan included single family residential lots, proposed storm water detention ponds, approximate Right-Of-Way of Future FM 1409, commercial reserves, and multi-family residential areas as appropriate. GCE staff also prepared a Master Drainage Plan and Drainage report for the entire project site in general accordance with county requirements.
